Controls - Electrical


The entire controls design, programming and electrical wiring process is managed by a team of in-house resources.

We pride ourselves on our meticulous attention to detail, including wire-labeling, color-coding electrical wiring and pneumatic tubing, and the generation of an electrical B.O.M. and schematics using AutoCAD Electrical.

Project Management


As engineers, we’re fanatical about process and documentation. We use an ERP system and a sophisticated project management process, to manage every step of developing new equipment. And, we update our customers on the status of their project every two weeks with Project Status Reports and Gantt Charts.

Equipment Installation – Training


An in-house Automation Services Team coordinates the installation of every machine Omnitech develops. We also provide training for Operators and Maintenance Employees.
